  I like it, Nomads could grant rare technologies if they pass through a kingdom they have good relations with, and maybe villagers could join them if a Village has poor loyalty with the rest of the kingdom and hasn’t rebelled yet.

  It would be cool if they could teach all three magic or something like that it would be really cool to make them like a unique unit or if somebody’s family dies they become a wanderer

  Could also be a good chance to add bandits which are just hostile nomads or something similar, I know the bandit unit already exists but it's basically just an enemy.

  It will be nice if the nomads can also be a horde like a mongol horde. Instead of trading, they will exterminate and loot villages for their tribe to settle in. Their arrival can be signalled like a world event.

  Yeah they would be cool but instead just have culture traits effect how the act like a "Raider Trait" will make them hostile and try to take from villages from time to time.
  
  The thing Nomads do bring to the table is selling exotic goods because your not really gonna find things like bones and meat in villages after about 100-200 years when all of the animals have been hunted to exstinction or they just haven't expanded far enough.
