War Goals
Allow kingdom to declare wars with specific objectives, such as:
- Seize land. War is waged to take control of some territory or a specific village.
- Take resources. War is waged to take certain needed resources.
- Steal technology. War is waged to steal technologies from the other kingdom.
And etc etc.
The defending kingdom should also be able to select a war goal, which they would use if they won the war.

There could also be a culture war where if a invading kingdom captures the village, it will change the villages culture -

¢omradekru§erPeople will revolt base on their ideologies and for their leader or nation. The ideologies that they will fight for are democracy(capitalism), communism, fascism or monarchism. Each builds are different depending on their ideology and they are highly hostile to each other unless they have an alliance that'll benefit each other or a common enemy

vampireWhen setting this goal, the maximum scale is 50. Includes:
- Destroy enemies with levels:
+50: 1 enemy = 1 point
+100: 2 enemies = 1 point
+500: 10 enemies = 1 point
+1000: 20 enemies = 1 point
Display: 66/1000 enemies killed +3
- Destroy buildings with levels:
+10: 1 building = 5 points
+20: 2 buildings = 5 points
+50: 5 buildings = 5 points
+100: 10 buildings = 5 points
Display: 56/100 destroyed buildings +25
Destroy the kingdom: -50 -

Josephus MillerIt would also be nice for kingdoms to not just declare war randomly and that kingdoms need a causis belli to declare war

HolySantaMaybe if a weapons update was added a kingdom could fight for a weapon, or if 2 kingdoms were in a war a kingdom could summon a hero.

PapyPerhaps one of the war goals for attacker kingdoms or even defending ones is to capture/kill specific units like princes or people with really high intelligence

Night PhoenixCrusades, genocides, assistance in the return of ideology (some state changed its ideology, and the allied country did not like it), wars of independence (or national liberation) (already there), cold wars, blockade (economic, perhaps), wars for resources, wars of aristocrats or dynasties (what-it looks like uprisings), class wars, hegemony wars, colonial wars (looks like uprisings), spy wars, guerrilla wars

UncompatibleThis would actually be great. I have also wanted this for a while. I feel like there should be a front line for a country that wants to take land. Take, for example, Kingdom A wants “Gutport” (G) the village of Kingdom B. Now, the main fighting and the main place where generals lead their militaries is to point G.

KPerhaps this proposal could make use of some of the cave suggestions I have made elsewhere.
Change the cave specifications.
Elements that should be left as they are
(1) Caves are affected by the type of ore produced in the biome below.
Changes
(1) Caves are generated in randum locations during map generation. (Can be turned on/off in settings)
(2) People will no longer be able to build caves freely.
(3) Players can place caves freely.
(like a volcano)
(4) Players can freely adjust the amount of ore produced by each cave.
Advantages of this
(1) This will increase the strategic value of villages that own caves.
(2) By differentiating the amount of ore produced by different mines, even small countries may be able to possess more elite armies than other countries.
(3) A country may wage war for the sake of cave-owning villages.
(4) A country may demand the cession of cave-owning villages as a condition for peace.
I used a translator, so I apologize if anything is wrong. -

JoaaSome other war goals
- Kill a specific race/Racially Genocide: War is waged if it's a different race nation)
- Kill a specific culture/Cultural Genocide: War is waged if it's a different culture, this could also apply to one of their own villages if they developed their own culture
- Water Access: War is waged if the kingdom is landlocked(no Coastline, no access to international waters) and wants access to the coast
- Gold: War is waged if the kingdom is poor or in debt
- Alliances: War is waged if the kingdom doesn't want another kingdom to join an alliance
- Bloody Coup: War is waged purely to kill the king or get him out of power and a son from the attacking kingdom will become the king of the defending kingdom
- Usable land: War is waged to get better land(more fertile, no hill, less hostility, etc.)
- Loves War: Militarist king
- Old Land Claims: Lost a village years ago and want to reclaim it
- Population: need more people so you attack a unprotected high population -

KraftI think this is inspired by hoi4, but anyways, I suppose something like "Retake once our lands" would be fitting, no?

Justin2RezzyYes I can imagine that a kingdom loses a war in the past but they survive the war and want they’re former territories back many years later that would be cool
