Professions
Allow different units to have professions. A profession directly impacts things like their look and behaviour.
There could also be custom buildings that they would go to to perform their job.

This would be great and would basically just extend the already existing farmers job. -

CalBumping this as a neat idea! I could see certain 'monster' units like the Plague Doctor, Bandit and (very rare) Mage being roped into this as well, allowing civilizations the ability to handle corrupted forest biomes as well as simulating crime.

JasperYeah, it would easily give it more life if there were more diverse occupations, I for one imagine cultural/researched focus jobs that could also raise the potential for civil conflicts. I'm thinking librarians though if ideologies are added we could watch an orc election or overthrow for example.

JesseI am surprised this isn’t planned yet it’s such an amazing thing it would add to the feeling of the game plus plenty of other things like military rollers very similar to this why can’t we just have a permanent option for your military soldier that your treats how you look how you are you can actually see it with leaders of villages so I think this would be really cool and should be spent upon I understand they can’t do everything but one of these things I thought would already be in the game 2° it’s the best games of played crazy to think that it doesn’t have a go fund me and if it does please show me
