  Yeah I mean like not exactly how slums today but some sort of cramped in building style where the lower class live

  maybe they could have something like the fence in rdr2 where a small black market can be tucked away in a large slum area

  Really great idea!
  I have an addition to that:
  Slums can only be build when the nation are running out of resources, low loyalty in the villages, and in a nation with militarist personality with the king having greedy and or deceitful trait.

  I think kingdoms that are over either 500 or 1000 years old and naturally developed these because it’s unrealistic that the kingdom can run 30 village civilisation and not have at least one slum after 500 years of ruling surely this already should exist as I said before another comments though I don’t know about how to make a game so I don’t know how hard this would be but still it’s really cool I’m surprise it’s not more updated please do this
