  i have been really wanting this ability because everytime i do an earthquake in the ocean it just reminds me of tsunamis and that would give more destruction and such like after say a forest is hit from a tsunami the forest turns into a swamp from all the excess water

  It's not necessary, you can simulate a tsunami by flooding the map with water v( '-' )v
